Guys,
I need to know the case length for the 17 Ackley Hornet in a Bullberry contender barrel.Max. or trim length. I have been away from shooting for several years and some of my records are not where I thought they were(or where I thought I thought they were?)If any of you bullberry 17 ah shooters can help me with this I thank you a bunch. This is an excellent forum! Thanks again. |

The answer was to trim to 1.395". This is in the same ballpark as the K and standard hornets, which makes a lot of sense. |

Thanks for the info. That does make sense. I had seen some
shorter figures for other chambers (Kimber & Saunders)so I wanted to check with some other Bullberry owners. Thanks again! Greg |

I also agree that having all the Hornet variations the same length makes the most sense. But you're so right that it's by far better to check into it first and keep out of trouble for sure. Hope ours will both be real shooters. Take good care. Dan |
