Todd, didn't you have a 218 Mashburn / Ruger #1 project you were putting together a year or so ago? Read a string below about a 218 B and the incredable velocity FH was gettng with Lil Gun and the strong Ruger action. Making me itch all over. Itching is a bad sign. i had a 218 bee in a kimber single shot, i don't think they made a lot of either of them.

Mine was a bee.I did the unthinkable and had mine chambered to mashburn.I could not find an original mashburn.I think I read somewhere that they only built 75 of each

Hi guys,
Not sure how many Kimber did make, but the serial # on my bee is 118. Unlike my 17kr2, the bee has a very tight chamber. I even have to turn the necks. Did you guys have to turn necks for your Kimbers? Not complaining, I like it alot. Very nice rifle. greg |

i didn't have to neck turn my bee or my r2 k hornet. the bee would only shoot at moderate vel. my r2 has worked out well with every thing under an inch and some under .50 bob |
