Boils down to a two piece jig (Delrin or nylon) cut out semi close to the profile of the bullet or brass (under sized drilled hole. then a guide cut is made through the jig slightly off center tu guide very fine toothed hack saw blade. fine varying grades of fine emery paper and a glass plate to finish things up.
