    terrer man, Have several Coopers & have had many more. That extractor is one of the poor things about a Cooper. The first thing is look & see or make sure that part of the lip of that very thin extractor is not chipped off. If it looks fine & you have acess to compressed air just lift the front of extractor up & blow lots of high pressure air under it. If none of this fixes it you take hold of the front of extractor with narrow or needle nose pliers lift up front and push back toward bolt body then lift back of extractor up by holding front & lifting back. Comes out just like the older Sako extractor but is smaller. You can probably find instructions on internet for Sako L461 or similar. Heck
