Ramos--I'm contemplating a build of a 20 Vartarg rifle. I'm interested whether you would be interested in making at least three hundred 20 Vartarg casings for me out of Lake City .223 brass. If so, how much would your charge, including shipping?

    Thank you,

    LeRoy Benson (aka Silverfox)

    Hey Ralph,
Think of you and your wife quite often. Hope you are finding a routine that works for both of you. Did you decide not to move, or is that still on the table? We went through a tough Winter here and then had a significant cardiac scare with my twelve year old (he has a history). Things are looking better here. We have started training this years Fair animals. Goats and beef, again. Stay in touch and take care, my friend.

Ramos, Thank you for acknowledging my comment in your post. I have had some regret after posting it as I felt that I was being too much in consultant mode and being too much in my head and philosophical. It is some comfort to know that someone did get something out of my comment. I always appreciate your insight and comments and look forward to reading more of them. Thank you for sharing. Burt

I have PM'd him about his brass. Boils down to a two piece jig (Delrin or nylon) cut out semi close to the profile of the bullet or brass (under sized drilled hole. then a guide cut is made through the jig slightly off center tu guide very fine toothed hack saw blade. fine varying grades of fine emery paper and a glass plate to finish things up. See How close i match his reply.
