Calhoon Bullets

Folks,
Have any of you used James Cahoon's 52 grain (DHP) double hollow points in a 22-250 Remington?
I've used his 37s in my .22K Hornet and they worked very well. But I just acquired the 22-250 plus it's a Ruger No.1V so I want to eliminate all variables I can .
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

Really like the Calhoon bullets

Sounds like a neat rifle,always wanted a 22-250 in a 1V.
Bought a older 77V a while back and was pleased that it was a 12 twist I used to shoot 60 Berger’s in it,since the advent of the 53 V-Max I need to try some of them as they are an awesome bullet with a great bc.As far as your rifle I’d surely try James Calhoons and some different Berger’s depending on your twist, perhaps it’s a 12 also.Keep us up to speed and post a pic of the rifle if possible.I have used James 42 in my K Hornet and love em,can’t go to far wrong with James bullets.

I tried the 52 gr. in my 22-250. I was not able to get good grouping in that particular gun. Doesn't mean that another might not group well with them. I still have a partial box of them if you would like to try them.
