I like mine....
The nice thing about the 19-223 is the barrel is a PAC-Nor , the cases are easy to make and it will easily take pd’s at 500 yards. The poly tipped bullets that Sierra makes for James should work fine...

Sounds like the beginning of a great rifle...
I really think the 11 is perfect for anything up to the 40 grain class of bullet.
Back in the day when all you could get was a 12, I built a 20 BR and had a run on some 500+ yard pd’s out on the...

Well...
I can say that my XP 17PPC with 18” barrel has 121 lbs of energy left at 1000 yards. Not much left for varmints but works on paper:D
The funny thing to me is with small calibers and shorter barrels...

It’s good stuff...
Funny how similar powders work well in the 17 Rem and 22-250.Like WW760 and H414 work well in both,AA2700 is a tad slower but should be very nice in your 22-250.

Excellent!
Always loved 760/H-414 Al,seems to be doing well.AA2700 is also a good 17 Rem powder as you are aware and should do well in your neat rifle.Al have you tried the new Rel 15.5 in anything yet?

Really like the Calhoon bullets
Sounds like a neat rifle,always wanted a 22-250 in a 1V.
Bought a older 77V a while back and was pleased that it was a 12 twist I used to shoot 60 Berger’s in it,since the advent of the 53 V-Max I...
