You need to call Hornady and ship that brass back for exchange. Give them the lot#, you might not be the only one. I had the same issue with the first run brass, they traded it out for me.

Just suck it up and get a Cooper. You will spend almost as much in time and $ converting, unless you are doing it yourself. In these times where powder is scarce, the 20 VT saves you almost 10 grains...
