Give Douglas barrels a call. I bought a 1:9 twist from them last year and had it in a few weeks. They had a profile for a Model Seven. Pretty reasonable for these days too.

Hodgdon lists data for the 6x45 (6mm-223) using 8208. I would go with that data as there’s just a few % difference between the 223 and 222 mag case volumes
