I think you are referring to the Nosler 32 gr Ballistic Tip bullet. The Varmageddon is not lead free, or at least it's not on the Calif list of non lead projectiles. I have tried to load that (BT)...

My go to powder for the 17 Hornet is Accurate 2200. At 13 gr behind a 20 gr vmax in my CZ 527, I get half inch or better groups at 100 yards. Being a Calif resident I have load non lead bullets....
