I agree. I've sent back two Parkers, a Buckbuster and a Concorde for repairs. To their credit, the turnaround time was measured in a days. I've come to the conclusion that crossbows aren't bolt action rifles and consider them a consumable, Three years and it's time for a new one. YMMV.
