Joe, it does'nt take much to get set up for annealing. I use a small refillable butane torch. Chuck up a socket in the cordless drill driver, dump the annealed brass in a small pan of water and blow dry it with compressed air. That is it other than a dark room. You can buy a few different cool machines but, for most of us it simply is not needed or justified. I've never even felt the need for Tempilac, though it is inexpensive. Not shooting anything like you are talking about. However, I anneal after four reloads instead of throwing them away after four!
