You said the Sako extractor came out. I am guessing that you were shooting a Remington. This is not the first time I have heard of it.
Also, I am guessing that you are right handed and it was a right hnded action.
All of you lefties out there, think of where the extractor ended up coming out of the gun, and where you head is when you shoot.
I like Sako extractors, but the next one I do will be a M16 style...
