Very true. The sweet spot in the Hornet is the 40 grain Vmax and Blitzking. About the best combo of speed, B.C. and great accuracy. I have shot quite a few 50 grain SPSX bullets out of the hornet. Great accuracy and they do expand very well even at the lower Hornet velocities. The SPSX is particular useful for subsonic loads with Trail Boss, they are actually quieter than most air guns. Cast 50 grain work well for the Trail Boss loads too.
