A lot of people swear by Lil Gun Powder in the 22 Hornet. I had way to many pressure spikes with Lil Gun and velocity's were all over the place. I tried different brass, weight sorting the brass, weight sorting bullets, compressing the load, you name it I have tried it. Although the velocity was great using Lil Gun the accuracy was just not there. I tried bullets from 35-55 grain as well. I found one load that was Minute of Groundhog with Lil Gun using a 40 grain Nosler. It's a Plastic tipped bullet and so the BC is great and it gets me out to 200 pretty easy. If you were shooting lower velocities the faster twist will certainly help.
