You can IMPROVE any cartridge without setting the barrel back, wildcats like Gibbs cartridges actually move the shoulder forward so no set back is necessary.

Exactly - not a REAL AI chamber if the barrel is not set back - however, setting the barrel back in not requisite for simply "improving" a chamber.
The "A" came in, in being able to fire factory ammo. I don't do that, thus not necessary.

My .375 Ackley IMP is not really an Ackley IMP ctg. - as there is no factory .375 ctg. on the '06 case. This does not matter at all, to me.
