That's a pretty bold statement. Just because you are launching the same weight bullets the volume for a 20 cal. and a 22 cal barrel in the same length are going to be completely different. I would imagine a load designed for a 22-250 would have a much greater velocity and a much higher pressure on the 20 cal. Maybe so much higher as to be a catastrophic in the 20 cal.
