H4895 is a good choice. No 32-35 grain bullet will come close to the lands with a factory chamber. The 39-40 grain bullets can be very accurate, but many are finding that what is supposed to be a 1-12 barrel is not and some guns won't shoot them without a keyhole. You probably find that the jump does not make as big of difference as you think it would. H4895 with 7 1/2 Rems , any 32 or Berger 35 should shoot really well. The 39 Sierra often shoot the best of the 39-40 grain class, but I think this is due to being a little more tolerant of a little slower twist barrel. The heavier bullets seem to shoot the best at or beyond, "a little" max book loads. Nosler/ Norma brass is great, WW and Rem have both been good in my eyes.
