(Typical California selling a false bill of goods to obtain votes)(and $$$)
First thing that comes to mind is the California State Lottary. They talked it up BIG TIME till it got passed. All the $$ were to go the schools.
The schools are in the toilet and there isn't enough $$. What happened to all the $$ the Lottary was going to bring in??
