Is this where we plead the 5th? Just asking, my wife says my notes need notes to make sure they don't forget that I wrote them for a reason... I have had to use the "well it was on sale" thing she uses on me, LOL.

Guys, this topic is pretty sad. I don't have enough firearms to 're-discover' any. However, in the last few years, I have purchased some smaller items just so I could find the ones I knew I already had SOMEWHERE! Shop tools seem to be the worse ones for me. I have two teenage boys but, I can only blame so much on them.

You mean like two Winchester 9422s and two Remington 541Ss??? And don't even think about more than one rifle of the same caliber.

Well it痴 one thing to forget you have something. But dog gone it! I went and worked before placing my bid LOL

I was not heart broken. It went for a little less than my max bid and all is good. Who knows, someday I might run across a 357 Mag VR barrel to trade? I already have a couple if those but the VR moddle is ported and is like to have one non ported someday.

It should be here by Monday and I値l see then how it looks but the guy I spoke with said they are selling off a gun collection for a man who has cancer and isn稚 doing well. He said that he bought it new and only shot a few rounds through it.

This is just the beginning in a fairly harmless way, Gary.

As you get older you come to realize that getting old isn't for sissies in a lot of different ways.

Hang in there and keep the chin up..........

gary you're not to old to buy guns, you're like me to old to remember what guns you have already bought.
guys seem to buy the same thing over and over. when I worked in guns we knew who the gooses were. we had one guy that bought every s&w 22 kit gun we got.

Can you imagine what that collection of S&W Kit Guns would be worth right now?
