Winchester low wall projects.
Up for sale are 2 low wall receivers. Only one is complete. On action has been welded on the side and the other was welded at the top but not ground down. Really not sure why the one was welded on the top unless it was to fill drilled and tapped holes. My gunsmith said he would just make them into rimfire s and not risk them as centerfires. That is what I planned to do.
All of the parts are installed in one of the actions for a complete action with a straight grip lower tang. There is also another pistol grip lower tang included as well as a mainspring and an extra extractor. It has a rimfire block. There are a few other spare screws etc.
Comes with an unfinished stock and forend. Also comes with a finished stock I believe from a winder musket as it is big and bulky.
Could add a barrel and shoot as is. But would make for a great project. I hate to tear them apart and part them out on eBay so I am listing them here first. $675 shipped to your ffl from an individual. I have a bunch of pictures I can send to anyone interested.
