FS: WHEELER THE FAT WRENCH Torque Wrench. Looks NEW but the little glass is coming off. 40.00 shipped lower 48.

I re-glued the glass down it's OK. This is NOT the new DIGITAL model. However, this one is new, all the bits are there, come in the plastic case.
