Trimmers
What power trimmers are you having luck with.

No luck involved. I have both the WFT and the Hornady power trimmer, both work just fine and do a fast and good job on trimming my brass.
Both easy to set up and adjust for a given trim length. |

Little Crow WFT2 for me. I have inserts, I think they call them "trim chambers", for every cartridge or its parent case I load for. It's fast and very consistent from case to case.

I have a Gracy, and they are a fantastic trimmer. I got a Franklin armory case prep center with a trimmer on it but have not tried yet.

I use the Forster Power Case Trimmer. It holds the case in a collet and the cutters are chucked in my drill press.

If I have a bunch of cases to prep, I'll brake out the Gracey.
For smaller batches I just use a drill drive on my RCBS trimmer. John |

Drill driven Lyman that I have been using for 40 years, was originally a hand crank. Have always liked the universal chuck on them and after replacing the cutter with the carbide version I have never had to sharpen or replace the cutter. I can also run a neck turning rig from Lyman on it.

Is the WFT compatible with 17’s and 20’s.

I have the WFT2 and trim chambers for my 17 Hornet, 20-222, and 20-250 works great. Also, they will sell you trim chamber inserts that are blanks and you can have them reamed to your specific cartridge I did this for one that they didn't make one for.
