Default Angle on press

Hi Guys,

Will try to make some angled mounting brackets for my swaging presses. What angle is desirable? I will be using Lee presses.

Regards,
Peter Ericson

George, do you suggest having them mounted horizontal? Or did I misunderstand you?

Also, please check you email!

I have not done this yet either but the ones I have seen looked like they were about 45 deg away from the user.

Peter, Yes 90* is where I would mount, its easier to see bottom of die when putting bullet in then run punch up behind it.

Perfect! I have a huge piece of iron I-beam laying in the garden, I can use that then. Follow up question required, horizontal with the press handle operating horizontal or vertical?
