Looking for a gunsmith to chamber a 17 Hornet

..... measurements! Before and after case body diameter at the web bulge location, and then compare to other brand (Winchester) 17/22 hornet brass as well as Hornady brand, and compare to standard specs for the 17HH round. This just to eliminate sub size brass used for the ammunition.
I would not be too concerned about case length to the shoulder before first fireforming with any rimmed case.

Fellow in Davenport, iA will rebarrel a rifle for $150 for the labor part.
I just paid $165 for my local guy to put a new barrel on an OLD rifle locally.

Just to give you an idea what's out there and to compare with.
