The flexible one is a little cheaper than the rigid, it's $49.99. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Funny this came into discussion. I have been talking with Sshooterz about the teslong due to him already having one and finally orders one for my self.

I lurk here quite a bit but it's been a long time since I've posted.

I have both a hawkeye and a teslong. The hawkeye has been broken for more than 10 years. It's been forever on the list of things to get fixed. I dropped it.

I think the image through the hawkeye is much better. To me the color rendering on the teslong makes it a little hard to tell what I'm looking at. And overall the image quality on the hawkeye is better.

The other thing I can't help thinking in this case is that my purchase of a teslong is just another case of cheap chicom slave labor winning the day over an American made device.

I just went ahead and ordered the flexible with a screen. I had looked at the ones that use the screen on phone or iPad and it seemed that getting an answer I was comfortably with my understanding of was not forthcoming. I have a friend who has the same but rigid and I know that works very well. I don’t want to be tied to WiFi and know the one with screen will always work.

Thank you for that link B23.

Well, that was a bit of a shock to the system, it is $369.85 here. Think I will pass on getting one

Now days it makes no difference where you would put it. Government officials have no common sense or brain matter anyplace within their body/systems.

Just a FYI for the Teslong owners, you can file/reduce the adjustable mirror head down with a emory board or such to make it fit in the 20 cal bores a bit better. IIRC you can order a 3 pc replacement set of mirror heads for $15-20, so you have a replacement if you mess up the one being reduced.

Work the emory board/file EASY, using light strokes as you can/could knock a mirror off from the metal head. IIRC, the mirror is just glued into position, so just go slow and easy. I was successful in reducing the head on mine, and it slides in/out of a 20P and 204R barrel easily now.
