the NOE mould is just an insurance, that I can still shoot my .17 cal rifles, and at sum point in time, I will cast up a few hundred, and try them out.

I know that this might sound extreme, but if you really like the NOE mould design and don't like casting them, just either get a group buy together from a Canadian supplier or get a set of Corbin swage dies to cold form the slugs out of lead wire. For the harder ones though with tin and Zinc, you are still stuck with casting.
