Scope mount question for Sako L 461

My Sako L461 has a tapered dovetail on top of action and the bases adapt to weaver type rings. Is that what you have? sgtg out

You can get more hight by using Weaver 65 and 67 bases on the rifle and any Weaver style ringsSuch as Leupold or Weaver high rings. It will add at least a !/4" over the hight of the high Leupold ring mounts.

Get the Sako Optilock system and you will have the setup made for the gun. Most scopes will then mount with low rings.

Thanks for all the imput. I am still weighting the info. If I go with High sako mounts is any body interested in a set of mediums?

Sako's have milled in bases on the action.
Just need rings is all. They're made in a number of
different heights.
