Using media mail will save a bunch, imho.

Some have said magazines don't fit the description of USPS media mail, but it does the way I read them.

I don't know if things have changed, but years ago I tried to ship some rare copies of Handloader Magazine & the USPS told me that any reading material that contained advertising was not able to use the Media Mail rate.

FWIW

If Ben doesn't want them, I'll take them. I'm in the Boise, Idaho area, zip code 83644. USPS Priority Mail would work for me (probably in a couple of boxes).

LMK!

Eric

the magazines weight 115 pounds all told. I will go to the post office tomorrow and get a flat rate box and see how many fit in the box.

That's heavy! It may have to go via UPS. Price depends on the size of the box, but I'm seeing around $120. in a 30"x30"x20" sized box.

LMK if he passed and it's me. I'll PM you my phone number.
