I started inletting an today started shaping.

I really like how you took the comb down, I have never been a fan
of the high or roll over combs. Classic lines for me.

That is going to be a beauty. How does the rest of the stock look up front? Anything idea what type of walnut that is?

Mo. American Walnut the forearm is straight quarter sawn was layed out well.

American walnut most likely from Mo. Forend is straight grained an layed out well. I'll get more pics soon.
