What caliber?

TKS - it's a .36. I needed a squirrel rifle for a shoot put on at Rendezvous BC by a bunch of guys from Washington State, thus the Tenn. styled rifle.
I prefer using my .50 A.Verner for trail walks. It's 48" bl. gives a nice long sight radius.

I don't know why but for several days I just got a server error when trying to bring up the Photobucket website, and all the photo's I had put in threads were missing.

Today the photobucket website is back and so are all the photo's.

Yes - Taylor, my brother built it. He told me it's his best build to date.
Some of the other builders noted than no-one builds Verner rifles as they
are so meticulous and difficult to master, yet Taylor managed it almost perfectly.
This rifle is not a bench copy, but is very close.

Further, since photobucket is not offering a year's subscription for 3rd part posting for $100.00 instead of $400.00, they are allowing pictures to be seen. I would not be surprised than in the near future, free third party posting will once again, be removed & all these pictures will disappear.

Daryl I visit Amer Longrifles a lot and have always enjoyed seeing his work. I wish I had the talent he has just in his little finger.

Default PB Working Again?

Wonder of wonders! As a lark, I logged onto PB just to see if all my photos were still being held hostage for $400. I was stunned and amazed to see ALL my photos back and available once again.

This is just to test those clowns to see if I can actually access them again.....

Okay, it works. Wonder if the management figured out that their nasty little tactic did not please the folks who use their posting site? I can only imagine the numbers of those who left.

I suspect Daryl will be right and while PB photos are visible in posts again it might not be in the too distant future that they disappear again.

Saying that even when PB were holding everyone's photos to ransom for $400 the photo's I had linked in threads were still visible.

For some reason when I started this thread all my photos had disappeared from my threads and I got a server error trying to access PB's website...…..now everything is back to normal.

kiwi: Don't hold your breath on how long it'll stay this way.

Daryl:
That's too fine a gun to take out in the woods making smoke!
Beautiful!
