foxhunter, I just finished up a XP-100 (early model) converting it to a rear grip pistol stock. I had trouble also with a suitable trigger. As another suggestion look at what Jewell has to offer. They make a XP-100, XR-100, Model 7 trigger with a bottom release. I've been very happy with mine, and it installed easily. 410gauge

You are correct, that's the only trigger ever made that fits those stocks.
