CZ 455 barrel ?

I have sent two emails, over the last month to CZ's contact page/email and have not had any answers, so I am putting the question out for any info or places to try, for a answer.
I have a CZ 455 American, in 17HMR, sporter barrel and would like to purchase, if possible the varmint weight barrel they have for this model.
Anyone know who might have one, or where one can be purchased ? I know they interchange/switch barrel on that model, mostly from 22lr/mag to 17hmr. Thank you for any information. Bill K

Bill, I can’t help you out with your question. But a week ago I was at supposedly the largest CZ dealer in terms of sales last year. Browsing through there CZ‘s I found a 22 Long rifle 17 HMR switch barrel. I thought that was a little weird, thinking it should’ve been a 22 mag 17 HMR?

Got me to thinking if CZ can do that then surely I can figure out a way to convert my 17 HMR Anschutz pistol into a 17 HM2.

Best way to deal with CZ USA is by phone, they don't do email very well at all, I'm fortunate my LGS is a pretty good CZ dealer as well including keeping barrels in stock.

Bill, I am a bit confused (normal). I just logged into the CZ web store and they have a 17hmr varmint barrel set that you can order on line. Price is $142 and it says that it is in stock. Isn't that what you want to do? What else are you looking for? Burt

I guess I missed seeing where you could order one, from them. I sent two emails too CZ asking about a varmint contour barrel and never had any return info. Did not landline them, as some say is better.
In the meantime I posted on classified and had several info returns. One of which panned out for what I want, from John Henry, so I bought and have the barrel I want to re-place my sporter contour with, on it's way too me.
So again Thanks to all that have offered info and all.
I am set now, with the barrel of my choice. Bill K
