I've got photos on postimage.org, how do I get them from there to here.

Normally this goes something like:

You right click the image and a menu pops up. You select "copy image location" or something close to that.

Then you go the window here, you click the little yellow/grey Mountain looking button that says "insert image" and you Paste (ctrl-V or right mouse click->paste) the link to the image in.
