Brand new, never used. Never out of package. These are pretty incredible for the money. Glass in my opinion is "signature select" quality. They track perfect as well. I've got 3 others mounted on various rifles. Compared side by side to a Leupold VX3 4-12x40 A/O, (newest before 3i models), this scope is as good or better for clarity/resolution.
