Congrats on a very smooth transition.

Speed seems great for me, running a Cable connection in southern California.
The only glitch was the security code letters were so fuzzy and vague that I couldn't enter them correctly when registering. Second time worked though.

To prevent spammers--you may want to require email verification as well.
