Roy,
I had that one on my watch list for some time. I sure would like that tang sight to go on mine. I have one in 25-20 single shot with a good shootable bore, no pitting but shows a little wear. I have ammo loaded but have not taken the time to go to the range to test it.
I found one in a gun shop in Colo. Spgs. about two years ago in 40-70 sharps straight excellent condition for 2500.00. I thought about it for a few days and went back to buy it. A member of the families estate that it was from had decided to buy it back. I missed it by one day! You can't beat the lines and "tote ability" of the old ones.

I suggest you post your High Wall inquiry on Accurate Reloading's Single Shot forum. My poorly educated guess on value would be eight to ten thousand dollars
Totally agree....Those folks can help you with the value.

But I bet $8K plus is not out of question.........

TJ Barrel liners came in today and the PTG piloted drill arrived yesterday! Gonna be a busy weekend!

I need to research what I want for a 32-20 reamer so I can have Dave Manson grind me one.

Can't wait to get these two mold girls shooting again
