Default Savage bolt face

Been thinking about putting together a 20 or 22 Nosler ( don't know why ), but where do I get a proper bolt head? Thanks in advance, Tom.

If you don't have a .223 size bolt head, check out Savage Shack, they carry parts for the savage actions. Bill K

Thanks Bill. Tried to edit post to correct Nosler to Valkyrie, because of the odd base dia. I need a 420 instead of 378. My bad. Thanks, Tom.

Default Savage Shack?

I did a search, and the only thing that came up were boutiques and strip clubs.

If you looking for savage rifle parts, go to Brownells or Gun shack.com should find what you want. Bill K

Know anybody with a lathe? 5 minutes and it's done. Opened up a .223 in nothing flat for my 6.38 SPC. Matter of fact, don't think they charged me anything.
