Default Hope we can all learn from this man's misfortune

I always look at myself first but thought I’d share it with you all who have not seen it yet… Safety first

Default Reminds me......

of a stupid thing I did with an old Remington model 11 several years ago. I had done some ejector work and was testing it out by jamming the barrel back and forth cycling live rounds through (this was a copy of the Browning Auto-5 design). I don't recall how many rounds went through before it discharged and I'm not sure why it did but I know it wasn't pleasant. A 12 guage going off a foot from your ear and breaking the wire bringing power into the room (complete darkness) is a sobering experince to say the least. Not one of my best moments, but I sure did learn from it. It seems crazy, as many animals as I kill with guns and yet I seem to forget the power they have!

That would be a great mug shot to post on the loading room wall to look at everytime we mess with these things.

Man sure got lucky with his eye's intact. His face was a mess!
