Opinions are like elbows every one has a couple.

Look at Eric Cortinas YouTube on the subject. And while your there look at his thoughts on chasing the throat. Once again, opinions and what he has found.

Bolt click is real, but it’s not normal.

Interesting comments, all of them. I don't full length size anything. With ctg. I don't have a neck sizer, I partial FL size. I never touch a shoulder when sizing any case. Never had to.
This also goes for my .375/06IMP - I use a .376 Styer (larger case) set of Hornady dies for neck sizing and seating bullets.
This ctg. runs 270gr. TSX bullets at 2,650fps - yet no FL sizing and no shoulder bumping - my brass has probably have been fired 7 or 8 times each now. Haven't had to anneal them, either.
The 270's and 300gr. RN's will touch all 3, in a 3-shot group. The 300's run 2 3/4" for a 3-shot group at 300 meters (328yards)off the bags, of course.
I get 2,482fps with the 300's.
