Default Pac Nor polygonal barrels

Anyone have experience with this model in 22 rimfire ?

Had one briefly in 6mm Remington years ago . It impressed me. Accurate and seemed fast.

Thanks

Sorry - no experience with those barrels.
Wasn't Shilen making some of those at one time as well?

No experience with Pac Nor rimfire polygonal barrels. A couple of my buddies have shot a lot of H&K centerfires with polygonal rifling used in the HK93, HK53, etc. Very accurate.

I have an H&K model 300 in 22 WMR which has the polygonal rifling. It is a hammer compared to standard rifling.
I have shot it side by side next to other rifles with standard rifling and it almost seems like a different caliber. I have been told over the years that with polygonal rifling, very little if any gas escapes in front of the bullet so the velocity is greater. My experience seems to bear that out.
I know mine is very accurate as well.
