Default Mange

This morning I made a good 265 yard shot on this poor coyote to end its misery. It was hanging out amongst some farmer's cattle, spending time in the feed stack, I presume.

That is one ugly coyote. You definitely spared it some pretty serious misery as the weather keeps getting colder.

I have seen and shot quite a few mangy ones, but this one is the worst I have ever seen.

That is UGLY, you did him a favor. When I was a kid a fox wondered into our barn stable, its entire body was one big scab around the moving parts like the neck and shoulder areas the scab was cracked and you could see the raw flesh. That's been over 50 years ago, I'll never forget it.
