Is there anybody forming from military brass anymore?

Thanks
Hey, I just saw the post. I have been forming 20 Vartarg from LC 5.56 brass, had good success with it. It's a time consuming process, but I like the result.

Below is how I've formed the brass, showing the stages and dies used. After trimming to about 1.390" to 1.395" I'd run the expander ball through the necks. Then turn necks to .0120" to .0125" thickness, for a .232 neck chamber. Make them slightly thicker for a .234" neck. Then anneal the case necks and shoulder. They're ready to load.

Hi Rick,

Man the patience and communication you showed to me was above and beyond and I appreciate your willingness to prepare my brass correctly to my special 5mm FBI chamber!

The brass turned out perfectly in every way.

Thanks so much!

Steve

Guys this guy is a real pro and I couldn't be happier about the entire process of getting this formed brass from Rick.
