Nahh, just a lot of work. If you want to go in the middle, go with a 6x47 Lapua. Just neck down the 6.5x47 to 6 and you're there. No muss, no fuss. Should push the 80-90 gr. bullets at good speeds with a lot less powder than a 6-284.

Yeh
The more that I look at it I might be better going for the 6*47Lapua.
As Steve said maybe I need two rifles!
