Default I remember..

A writer in the VHA magazine liked that case and went all the way down to 17 caliber with it. Unfortunately he met with an untimely accident which involved a 1908 Colt. I really enjoyed his articles and miss that mag too.The sad thing was he was a very intelligent gun guy and should not have passed so early. My point is be careful guys, always.Back to your question I would call Kevin Weaver,he may have a reamer and used to say if he didn’t have something you wanted he would buy it himself. Certainly worth a call Kevin does great work and really likes the small calibers, many here have used his services.

My guess? Somebody probably has already done it. Most everything has already been done by someone. Check around and maybe find out who?
OR, neck a case down to 20, stuff a bullet in it, ship it off to a "reamer maker" and have one (custom) cut to those spec. Pick up a 20 caliber blank and have the barrel chambered. Use that dummy round as a go/no go gauge.
Any smith worth his salt can install the barrel and set the head space.

On one PD trip , I believe Doug D. ,who works for Hornady, had a 20 cal version. I shot it a couple times. I wouldn't ask but often thought they might have been looking at that case. Gary and a couple of us shot the 17 HH a year or so before they released it.

I wonder if Noslers intentions were 20-6.8 when they released a 20 Nosler print but never did make any brass.
Something must have not been right could never figure out why release a print and get it saami but never any brass.

I also saw that. I tossed it around and decided a 20BR was a lot less work. It is neat though.

20 $pendle (Grendle)

20 BRX

I'd say they were my fave 20 cal , but 20-223Ack and 20 Vartarg would get jealous.

Thought about taking my Valkyrie down to a 20 cal. Might still do it, yet.
