Do they make one that does not have 20 MOA built into the base? I usually use Pic rail bases on our varmint outfits because I have found that I can move the scope forward w/o shift of impact for prone shooting. If I have to hike in, I’m not taking along a shooting bench with me. But the only bases I could find for our Howa were two piece. I’m not wild about the look of a Pic rail, but find them to be the pragmatic option. On some of our ARs I have big scopes for shooting prairie dogs and such at long range and will swap out to a 1.5-5x32 that has been previously sighted in for predator calling or to a red dot and back with POI shift.

I have the Warne rails on my Minis and they are pretty straight (sample size of 4). I've seen some rails that were significantly warped and needed to be sent back or bent straight. I think Warne have a 0 and +20MOA version. I always try to get some angle built in so I use the 20MOA version:

I don't know about the 0 moa base. I just checked their website and it only lists the 20MOA scope base. You might reach out to them and ask the question.
