Default Life is not fair!

That first Sako, it is just unbelivable that the seller didn't realize it was worth more? Would have been a nice gun to shoot or build on. That second Gunbroker auction, I watched that gun selling at an auction about 4 weeks back here local. I didn't think it was worth that much in a non original stock, unless you really like the wood.

Default snoozing.........

I'm not afraid of those righty lefty rifles, I just take the cheekpiece off of them and refinish if they have a niece piece of wood. Not a problem as it seems most stocks don't come with a offset or palm swell. I also smelled a rat at first but none of the telltale signs were there. Pretty sure it's a H&R Ultra Varmint and I've scored some similiar deals by being quick. Nice thing is if you get to it first it pulls it off the auction site so you don't have to worry about someone "Schooling" the seller. Pays to know what your selling.
