Default The Future Arrives...

The first gun to show up at CES (Consumer Electronics Show) made quite a stir. The future of firearms, maybe. What a varmint rifle it will make...

Interesting, thanks for posting it.
As to the message, I couldn't help but notice the political correctness sneaking into the announcers presentation when he speaks about "safer guns". It's like us hunters are out there shooting up the citizens, psychos that we are if we have guns .
Did look like a fun $20,000.00 toy but if was real I'd consider it unethical and I'd sure hate to hump that sucker up a mountain .
Thanks again for posting that .

P.S.
For varmints you can strike the unethical remark. All's fair in rodent control!!

"Protect lives?" Seems to me, it will make sniping easier for the well-supplied drug lord's hit man.

It is real, A couple of execs from Remington Arms left Freedom Group to develop it mostly for military not sporting use but with the decline in the military market they are showing it to civilians.

This just makes my brain hurt. The left should love this new high tech gun stuff, save lives at 20G a pop, price people out of hunting and shooting, but hold here, do high tech rifles like this really have a place in civilian hands without gov't oversight?

Default They'll Figure Out Something...

They will figure out how to add a human recognition feature and prevent the gun firing at them. It will be hailed as the greatest thing since the electronic safety developed to keep police officers from being shot by their own guns. Look how far that got...
