Default 17AH H.Weihrauch

New Toy!
Not mine unfortunately,One of my Full Bore club member's boss inherited it but he is not a reloader so I have it for a while till I can work up a good load for it.
Rifle looks like it has a sako vixen barrel on it, makes a nice light carry rifle.
Waiting on some fine weather so I can test some loads
Cheers Ivan

Hi Ivan is that rifle based on the HW60J rifle??
Would like to see a couple of better pics of the rifle. I have a Weihrauch HW60J rifle in 22WMR, nice rifle.

The Weihrauch HW60J I've got is quite different to the Anschutz......Kiwi

I would have to pull my Weihrauch out of the stock to see if the trigger is like my Anschutz trigger.
The Weihrauch is a nice rifle, they use the same action for the 22lr, 17HMR, 22WMR, 22 Hornet and 222Rem, at least that's the calibers the HW60J comes in. I should get a pic of mine and post it........Kiwi

Ivan that looks the same as my Weihrauch....even the magazine looks like a slightly enlarged version of mine, which is different to the Anschutz trigger mechanism.........well should I say different to my Anschutz triggers.
Would like to know what the accuracy is like.......Ian

That is a unique little action. Am I seeing the locking lug right near or just opposite the bolt handle area?

22_boomer you are correct the bolt has two locking lugs, the root of the bolt handle and the lug almost opposite it. .........Kiwi
