Default 17 cal 30gr HPBT Hammet bullets

I picked up 320 of these bullets from someone that told me they were Hammets a few years ago. Is anyone familiar with these bullets? Are they good for coyotes and such. I have loads already worked up for my 30gr Nagals and Golds, curious about these. I forgot I had these.

I have 18 & 22 Hammetts, they're pretty easy to recognize with the funky BT. Never shot a coyote with any of them, but they sure whack a crow or groundhog. I would sure give them a try.

Default hammets

I shot a few coyotes with 25 grain hammets out of a 17 rem. They worked very well.

OK, so I have to back up on what I said earlier. I have 18.5 Hammetts in both BT & FB. The 22's I mentioned are 22.5 Gencos. Sorry. Here's a pic to make up for it............

The 30 Hammett was the best coyote bullet I ever used out of several 17 rems
